Hi, I just got my EU702, but the screen becomes very black.. It also shows an Error: Diagnostic Program Update Failure! Please retry. and, asking "Press any key to con.". Then, it show a Main Menu with 3 menus, but I cannot do anything. Can you guys help? Is it damaged?? At the begging, I inserted 4 AA batteries , then inserted into my car. At the beginning, it seems ok, it shows car brands (seems In Spanish), then the problem came up. Justin -

In your description, the machine language is spanish,but our default language is English. So someone before you has gotten this unit. As for this warning messge while testing your car, there is something wrong with the softwares. So I would advice you return this unit to your dealer.
